THE CRESCENT - Walthamstow, E17

We had the pleasure in completely renovating this dilapidated period terrace property. The extent of the task involved major structural element with comprehensive scheme of RSJs and Catnic lintels in building the single storey extension, loft conversion and ground floor layout reconfiguration.

Our team of professional builders also carried out brick restoration of the front facade to bring the former glory of the London stock bricks.

Considerate effort went into the core elements of the house renovation: installation of double glazed box sash windows, modern aluminium bi-fold doors, bespoke joinery building of the front door with custom made glazing panels, fan light numerals, installation of two  stylish and sleek bathrooms and laying of chequered Victorian tiled path to the front of the house.

Our Team designed and installed a stunning high tech kitchen in sleek charcoal grey with bespoke quartz worktops which offers direct access to the delightful landscaped garden laid with Yorkshire stone slabs and grass turf.

The beautiful German powered coated aluminium bi-folds doors stretching the width of the room were perfect companion of the modern concept of bringing ’the outside in’. The layout configuration allowed the creation of revamped ground floor, resulting in the creation of a generous open plan living space with beautiful wooden floors and an opulent original fireplace. We take extreme pride in the attention to detail and the amount of passionate work we have put in into the restoration of the Victorian fire place which brought the glorious past of this period home.

The thoughtful introduction of Cheltenham stripe Duck Egg carpet runner with Victorian stainless steel stair rods were examples of the extent of research we have put in recreating the period look of this home. Designer lighting scheme and feature wall paper were few of the finishing touches which made this project a resounding success, delivered in just over 14 weeks

within the projected budget to the delight of our clients.
